Stupid Cupid! (From This Blessed House)

Hello folks!  I am Cupid.  This is a picture of me as sketched by the humans.
Me!

But of course I look better than this.

I am here not to talk about myself but to tell you a story about a man named Sanjeev and his wife Tamina or as she calls herself, Twinkle (Oh human and their funny nicknames!).  Got to keep the story short since Valentine's Day is TODAY so I'm pretty busy right now.

All right, a little about Sanjeev.  This is how he looks like:

Sanjeev
And this is how Twinkle looks like:

Twinkle

Well, something like that.

Many wonder how a man like Sanjeev could end up with a lady like Twinkle.  They were two completely different person inside out.

And so, the story begins at a girl's sweet 16th birthday party.

I began working on them then, shooting arrows right through their hearts.  Twinkle was charmed by how Sanjeev refilled her teacup. Funny isn't it, how a simple act like refilling someone's cup could spark a fire.  All thanks to me.

Anyway, after that they started calling each other through the phone and their conversation grew longer and then not too long after, they started visiting each other.

Sanjeev was a little strangely obsessive, saving up Twinkles cigarette buds (he is not so hygienic after all ey?) and cleaned his house every time before she visits him.

Twinkle had just broken up with her American boyfriend who wanted to be an actor like Daniel Henney, but didn't quite make it.

Sanjeev was a rich, young man who had never been in love.

He told her that he loved her one fine afternoon and they got married four months after they first met.

Like all married couples, they have their doubts and they argue over petty matters like whether or not to keep the statue of Virgin Mary.

But folks, let me tell you
this, opposite make the best couple when they learn to use their differences to complement each other.

All right! Got to get back to work.

Happy Valentine's Day folks!
Let love fill the air!

Cupid out!
